​It's widely known that Yoga can enhance your physical and emotional wellbeing, but when Yoga is practiced with a therapeutic intention in the form of Yoga Therapy, it can help prevent and aid recovery from physical and mental ailments. Yoga has long been practiced with therapeutic intentions as way of transforming the body and the mind.

Yoga therapy can be provided as an adjunct therapy to complement other forms of treatment, or used directly to treat specific issues.

Amy's unique program offers clients a personalized yoga practice that will be tailored to their specific needs and preferences,  It requires commitment to practice and in return offers the many benefits that a well-rounded, individualized practice can confer: physical flexibility, strength and stamina, facilitating recovery after injuries and health conditions; enhanced breath awareness and capacity; mental clarity and focus; a greater sense of well-being, and the possibility for personal transformation.
